Hosted by The Smokin’ Elk. In this class, we’ll take a look at pushing your cooking skills to the next level to really get the most out of your Kamado BBQ.

In this class, we tackle some of the true classics of American BBQ using fantastic Great British produce. I want to show you that there’s no need to use imported meat to achieve fantastic results as the produce we have on our land is amazing and we should be championing it all day every day! I’ll teach you how to cook brisket and pulled pork using the ‘hot & fast’ method, cooking them in less than 6 hours as opposed to 15+ hours usually associated with low & slow BBQ. We’ll also cook other American classics such as ribs, wings, mac n cheese, pit beans and a selection of sides and sauces.
